Uwe A. Carstensen born 1968 in Riedenburg, grew up in Hamburg. Studied architecture at “Technische Universität Braunschweig”. Contributions in major projects for urban development in Hamburg upon the economic side, such as „Hamburg für Spiele 2012“ (Olympia application 2001-2003), preparation „Sprung über die Elbe“ (2003) as well as on the side of urban companies amongst others the „HafenCity Hamburg GmbH“ (2003-2006) and „IBA Hamburg GmbH“ (since 2007).
